I’m an artist and designer, working from home in the heart of the English countryside. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for nature, art and the beautiful world around us, and I think that connection naturally finds its way into the work I create.

 

I’ve worked in graphic and creative design since 2008, after graduating with a degree in Fashion and Textiles, and have enjoyed working across a wonderfully varied range of sectors, both in-house and within design agencies. I later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Psychology, which has given me an even greater appreciation for the emotional connections and stories that shape our lives.

 

Since 2021, my creative focus has been on bespoke watercolour paintings of pets and animals. I love the softness and transparency of watercolour and the subtle layers of tone that bring a painting to life. Most of all, I love capturing the character and spirit of an animal — those little details that make them so completely them.

 

It’s a real privilege to create artwork of much-loved companions and turn those precious memories into something tangible to treasure. I put a great deal of thought and care into every commission, with the hope that each painting feels as unique and special as the animal it represents.

 

When I’m not painting, I’m being mum to my two children and making the most of family life. We love getting outside, exploring the countryside and going on little adventures together. Nature, family and animals are a huge part of my world — and I feel very lucky that they can also be at the heart of my work.
